Customer Reviews
Good service, but a wait
My latest switch to NetCologne for their TV-App was mostly smooth, like my past experiences. The sign-up process was straightforward, and the pricing was competitive at about 27% less than what I was paying with Vodafone. However, the activation took longer than expected this time, almost two weeks for the service to be fully live. It's a bit frustrating when you're expecting quicker turnaround.
solid deal for new users
yesterday, checked Mobilfunk Tarife, got about 20% off for signing up, totally worth it.
So happy with NetCologne!
I was looking to switch from Vodafone and found this amazing NetCologne new customer deal for 27% off the first year! Getting my Festnetz Flatrate set up was super easy, and honestly, the transfer of my old phone number was a breeze – I was a little worried about that. The Glasfaser-Modem arrived quickly and installation was straightforward. The only tiny thing is that the customer service wait times can be a little long, but once you get through, they are really helpful! I'm definitely recommending NetCologne to all my friends!
Always a good choice for internet!
Yesterday's new WLAN Router setup was quick, like every previous NetCologne order.
Fast internet, easy setup
I got the Glasfaser Internet. Setup was quicker than I thought, took about 5 days after ordering. Speeds have been good for streaming. Happy with it.
Good deal on DSL
I switched to NetCologne for a DSL Anschluss a few weeks ago. They had a decent Neukundenrabatt, which was nice. The technician came on time to get everything going, which was a relief. My FritzBox 7530 arrived earlier than I expected too. Internet works fine, no major issues so far. I guess it was a pretty smooth switch overall.
